Financial Arrangements
- All payments to be made in USD, Sterling or Euros.
- A 50% deposit on the total Safari charge, will confirm a booking, safaris cannot be booked without such a deposit.
- No personal cheques will be accepted
- Once a 50% deposit is received and the safari is confirmed , balance of safari charges are due 60 days prior to commencing of the aforementioned safari.
- Game fees are to be paid in advance or on the last day of safari by electronic transfer or cash. (We do not accept personal cheques as they can take a long period of time to clear). WIFI is available in all camps for last day transfers should this be requested or required. Any pre-paid game fees not utilized will be refunded in full at the end of the safari.
